Your STUDIO RYBKO piece is made to last a lifetime. We offer a lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defects, including structural flaws or issues in craftsmanship. This guarantee applies to all pieces purchased directly from STUDIO RYBKO or an authorized retailer.

This warranty does not cover loss, theft, improper use, or wear from daily life (including scratches, dents, or enamel chipping due to impact). However, if a production fault is ever discovered, we will repair or replace your piece at no charge.

Our jewelry is handcrafted in solid 14K gold and finished with ceramic-based enamel. Though made for daily wear, each piece is still a fine object. Treat it gently. Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, perfumes, lotions, or chlorinated water.

Remove before swimming, showering, or engaging in activities that might cause impact. Your jewelry will thank you.

To keep your piece radiant, clean it with a soft, lint-free cloth. If needed, a mild soap and lukewarm water can be used but avoid soaking.

When not worn, store your jewelry in its original STUDIO RYBKO box or a soft-lined pouch, away from sunlight or humidity. Keep pieces separated to avoid surface scratches.

If your jewelry is damaged or requires servicing, we offer repair services at a fair rate. Email us with photos and a description, and we’ll assess your piece. For warranty-related repairs, we’ll cover the cost. For other situations, we’ll provide a clear quote before proceeding.
