If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, as processing times may vary between financial institutions.
You may choose to:
• receive a full refund
• exchange your item for a different size or style
• or receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card.
Please note: Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Sale items, special orders, custom jewelry, engraved pieces, and resized rings are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Each STUDIO RYBKO piece is made to order with care. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for production before shipping.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Once your piece is complete, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. If any delay is expected beyond this timeframe, we’ll contact you directly.
Each piece is crafted just for you — we appreciate your patience while we bring it to life.
Our team does its best to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times for in-stock items are as follows:
- Quebec: 2–4 business days
- Rest of Canada & USA: 5–7 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be extended for made-to-order pieces, as well as during periods of high demand such as promotional events or the holiday season.

Shipping charges are fixed and not based on the weight of your package.
Shipping is free within Canada on all orders.
For international destinations where STUDIO RYBKO offers delivery, shipping fees are determined by our courier partners and will be calculated at checkout.
Promotional offers are valid only during the advertised period and cannot be applied to past or future purchases.
Jewelry and other items may not be pre-ordered in advance of a promotional offer.
STUDIO RYBKO reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions at any time, and to cancel or refuse any order placed with incorrect information.
Customs or import duties may apply once your order reaches its destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
STUDIO RYBKO has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount or timing. Customs policies vary widely by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for further details.
