Yes. We offer a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects, including issues with enamel application or structural integrity. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
If you believe your piece has a defect, contact us at info@studiorybko.com with your order number and photos. We’ll assess it and offer repair or replacement where appropriate — always with your satisfaction in mind.

Yes — all STUDIO RYBKO orders arrive in our signature packaging, designed to be both luxurious and gift-ready.
All pieces are crafted from solid 14k yellow or white gold, made using recycled gold whenever possible, and finished with hand-applied ceramic enamel. Our white gold is rhodium-plated for enhanced brightness and durability. We never use plated, vermeil, or base metals.
Yes — our solid gold and enamel materials are nickel-free and suitable for most sensitive skin types.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify.
